Refund Policy

At Cdesigns Marketing, we are committed to providing professional marketing, branding, design, and digital services tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Because our services require significant research, strategy, creative development, technical implementation, and professional expertise, all work is customized specifically for each client and cannot be returned or resold.

For this reason, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Services​

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, we do not provide refunds for any services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Management
  • Website Hosting
  • Website Maintenance
  • Website Design
  • Logo Design
  • Branding Services
  • Business Identity Development
  • Graphic Design
  • Marketing Consulting
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Copywriting
  • AI-assisted content creation and marketing services
  • Any other custom marketing or creative services

Many of these services begin with research, planning, strategy development, account setup, consultation, content creation, technical implementation, or other professional work shortly after an order is placed. Because this work represents professional services rather than tangible goods, it cannot be returned, recovered, or resold.

Subscription Services

Recurring marketing services are sold under subscription agreements subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for services already performed or for the remainder of the current subscription term.

Exceptional Circumstances

If Cdesigns Marketing is unable to provide the services purchased due solely to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial refund, account credit, or another mutually agreeable resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may be provided under applicable law.

Print Products

If you purchase printed products through Cdesigns Marketing that are fulfilled by our affiliated printing company, CdesignsPrint, those purchases are subject to the CdesignsPrint Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which govern cancellations, reprints, returns, and print-related issues.
